The Senior Sales Team are here to offer you 1-2-1 support and make sure you are making the most of working with us. The team are here to help with queries on all our products; from rent protection and insurance, to media and tenant services. They’ll also provide ideas for additional income generation, review service levels, and identify training needs.
With over 15 years' experience at HomeLet I know my way around the lettings industry. For me, it's all about building and developing relationships that last; helping my customers to continually improve their business and adapt to the changing market.
I strive to provide our customers with the perfect level of service; whether over the phone, in branch, or at head office level. And ensure sure my team promote that same personal touch to all customers.
I’m a big football fan and have a Season Ticket at Lincoln City so I spend most of my Saturdays down at the LNER Stadium.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends at the weekends, mainly down the pub enjoying a nice pint! Big fan of Las Vegas and enjoying a flutter on the horses!
As a member of the HomeLet team for over eight years, my objective is to work closely with my clients to introduce our landlord and tenant proposition to add value to their business - whilst ensuring they they have the right processes in place to find reliable tenants for their property.
This is done by demonstrating how our products and services can be integrated into their business in a bespoke way, to support in the winning and retention of landlords, and to drive revenue opportunities and maximise income per let.
I'm a big football fan! Love to travel and visit new places, whether its city breaks or far away destinations.

Adding value and delivering excellent service is extremely important to me. Having worked as an estate agent prior to HomeLet, I know this is crucial for our industry!
My favourite holiday destination is Mexico – it's guaranteed luxury! I love nothing more than the beach and a cocktail!

For 10 years I've helped HomeLet's customers review their business, identify income opportunities via a consultative approach and support them through industry change. The purpose of me physically going to see agents face to face is to fully understand their business in it's working environment whilst strengthening their relationship with HomeLet.

The things that mean the most to me though are my two year old son and my partner - despite her addiction to shopping!
I offer my customers nine years worth of industry experience ensuring they have the right processes in place to select reliable tenants for the property but, most importantly, creating additional revenue streams for their business now the Tenant Fees ban has started to impact our industry.

I consider myself efficient, loyal, hardworking and an ambitious individual with good interpersonal skills.
My role is to provide face-to-face support for new and existing clients and deliver effective introductions on our products and services. All with the objective of adding value to your business and your market proposition.
I mostly enjoy spending time with my family, going on country walks and trips to the park. I have two young children and a miniature sausage dog called Dave who thinks he’s my third child so as you can imagine my life is always full of fun and mischief!
If ever you feel like you need further training, our team are here to help yours. We provide bespoke training for your business on all our products and services – plus we’ll provide you a suite of bespoke literature; all free of charge.
Having worked in the lettings industry for over 15 years, I bring my knowledge of introducing additional services to your clients. My role at HomeLet is to help develop our customers' knowledge of our award winning services and demonstrate how these can be best utilised in their business to help win more instructions and make additional revenue from the comprehensive products that we offer.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and young son on camping adventures up and down the country, when annual leave allows! When it doesn’t, I’ll be watching a variety of sports throughout the weekend which drives my wife crazy!
What’s important to you is even more important to me. My ethos is to ensure my clients are 100% satisfied and happy with my work!
I love being a role model to my children, teaching them to be the best at what they do and, more importantly, to enjoy it!
Our Account Managers are there to offer support regarding all things HomeLet, all via a dedicated telephone line. They’re a team of friendly and attentive industry experts who are on-hand to answer your questions, provide industry insight, and help you evolve your business.
It’s my aim to work closely with my clients to understand their needs and how implementing our proposition can help them to succeed post the Tenants Fees ban.
Having also worked in HomeLet's Referencing and Legal & Claims teams, I’m also ideally placed to deal with any issues that arise with the knowledge amassed throughout my time here at HomeLet.
I love travelling! I'm currently trying to complete my scratch map – 23 places so far and counting!
As your Account Manager I work hard to ensure that you're making the most of our proposition. Developing new and existing income streams, nurturing the use of our Evolution product range and new tenant services to maximise your income.
I often have my head in the clouds… My hobby is flying and gliding!
Also an avid petrol head, and have owned several cars over the past few years ranging from a Mini Cooper S, to a Range Rover Sport – but I wouldn’t recommend the latter!
