What topics we cover
It is a legal requirement for all relevant property professionals to receive AML training and stay up-to-date with the current rules.
If you can't make the date in February, we're also holding our Foundation Level course in March! We're working with our award-winning partners, FCS Compliance to offer comprehensive CPD-certified training for all levels of staff to support compliance with Regulation 24 of the Money Laundering Regulations 2017.
FCS Compliance are established trainers with extensive knowledge of primary and secondary legislation and are chosen as the training provider for NAEA Propertymark, to help raise standards and minimise the risk of criminal activity within regulated businesses.
AML training for all ‘relevant staff’ is a legal requirement for every sales agent dealing with property at all price brackets, and letting agents dealing with property worth over €10K or currency equivalent per calendar month. An AML Training Log is typically requested by HMRC in advance of a compliance inspection.
The popular AML Foundation Training Course is brought to you remotely, via Zoom, in digestible sessions.
